My brother is well cared for and contented. The atmosphere is always welcoming and happy. The staff without exception are kind, sensitive, thoughtful, and cheerful, always ready with a joke, keeping the resident's individual needs in mind.

The staff go way beyond to care for the residents. When visiting, they always offer you tea or coffee. They take great pride in their work, and the residents take part in the many activities offered by the staff.

My mother, with her dementia, could be difficult at times but she was always treated with great care and respect. She was there for the last six months of her life and was as comfortable as possible. She was always very complimentary about the food!
